If you are looking for help on a certain problem related to the Unreal Engine, or you simply want to have a chat with fellow minded people, feel free to join one of the Unreal Engine IRC channels. The Quakenet one is the most active channel these days. These chat channels have been around for over 10 years now.

You can join these channels by making use of an IRC client, mIRC is the commonly used client. A basic beginners tutorial is available here.
